Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and negotiate specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders
  • Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs
  • Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements
  • Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities
  • Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solution
  • Provide relevant job-related content in support of proposal efforts as required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to building relationships with users, customers and suppliers
  • Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tool

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ or more years of experience in information technology, business, or related field
  • Must be Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
